Ashen Ventures is a UK-based family investment office that specialises in financing and investing into UK projects and companies in the property sector, through our sister company Ashen Capital.

 

As a family-run business, Ashen Ventures places a high value on trust, transparency, and alignment. Our founder, Alex Price, has many years of experience in property and equity investing, having been the Chief Executive of Fiera Real Estate UK (previously Palmer Capital Partners Limited) from 2008 until 2022. As well as growing the AUM to over £1bn of third-party client capital, Alex was on the boards of 11 of the most active property development companies in the UK and helped establish a new Pan-European real estate debt business. Following the sale of Palmer Capital to Fiera, Alex started Ashen Capital as a private equity investor.
